Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Jaxbird LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Because we sell digital products that are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, our refund policy is structured to balance customer satisfaction with the nature of digital goods.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Software, eGames)

Refund Window: 14 days from the date of purchase

Condition: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

We offer refunds for digital product purchases under the following circumstances:

  • The product was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end
  • The product is materially different from its description at the point of sale
  • You experienced a duplicate charge or billing error
  • The product has a significant defect that prevents normal use

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The product has been fully downloaded and/or consumed
  • The request is made more than 14 days after purchase
  • The reason for the refund is a change of mind after the product has been accessed

3. Subscription Services

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time

Effect: Access continues until the end of the current billing period

For subscription-based services (such as those offered on TellMeMyDream.com or TheVegasLab.com):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • Refunds for partial subscription periods are generally not provided unless required by law
  • If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription and have not extensively used the service, you may request a full refund

4. Custom Development Services

Refund terms for custom software development, mobile app development, and other bespoke services are governed by the individual service agreement or contract entered into before work begins. Please refer to your specific agreement for applicable refund and cancellation terms.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase
  • The product or service you purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Order confirmation number or transaction ID (if available)
  • Reason for the refund request

6. Processing Time

We aim to review all refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and access to our services.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, particularly in circumstances involving technical failures, billing errors, or extenuating circumstances. We are committed to treating every customer fairly.
